BridgeDb Framework

The BridgeDb Framework consists out of a Java Library and an Application Programming Interface (API).

Java Library

The Java library contains a number of modules to support the basic, intermediate, and extended functionality. All code is hosted on GitHub, both for the Framework itself and Applications of BridgeDb. Below is an overview of modules and their dependencies (ob == org.bridgedb):

Application Programming Interface

Our REST API allows for programmatic access to the BridgeDb content. For more general information, please visit the webservices page. The webservice has been implemented in OpenRiskNet and OpenPHACTS.
